Today, Helena serves as an executive tech leader in financial services with her last role as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer at TRATON Financial Services where she led the group’s IT and digital transformation journey developing secure, data-driven solutions that empower people, strengthen trust, and drive innovation across financial ecosystems. Before joining TRATON she built an extensive career across the technology and mobility sectors through senior leadership roles at Scania, Volvo Car Mobility, and Nasdaq. Her expertise spans cybersecurity, AI and data architecture, digital platform strategy, and enterprise change management with a consistent focus on creating secure, scalable systems aligned with business growth. Helena is passionate about leadership rooted in empathy, curiosity, and accountability. Outside of work, she advocates for women in technology and champions diversity as a catalyst for innovation and resilience.
